Good choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt. Also good variation of cooked items which were beautifully cooked and served on a warm plate. Furnished out nicely. Lovely clean bedroom and comfy bed. Nice variation of drinks in the honesty bar. Nice and friendly hosts. Glad we found the Avenue, will definitely be our first call when going back to the IOW.

Everything. It was cosy and very friendly. The hosts were very polite and would do anything to assist you. Breakfast choice was wonderful and fabulous service. Would definitely stay with them again and recommend the Avenue.

Trusting and accommodating father and son team. Probably the best scrambled egg on the planet! Gentle stroll to high street and seafront.

Convenient for the beach, and buses. Never used the car, used local buses to travel. The owners are father and son, who were very helpful when needed. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. We won’t hesitate to visit there again Highly recommended
