Excellent location being walking distance from Shanklin Town and Train Station (about 15 minutes). Additionally there are bus stops located directly outside the property to take you to either Ryde or Newport. Breakfast was ordered the night before and cooked to order. Room was spotless and serviced daily. Both Ann and John were excellent hosts who went that extra mile to make the stay just perfect. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Lovely location, very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the village with lots of shops and eateries, and only about 20 minutes walk to the seaside. The owners of the hotel were great, very welcoming and friendly. The bed was pretty comfy and there were two small closets for belongings. It was very clean too!
