I am quite a particular traveler and very high standars when it comes to cleanliness, but this place was absolutely flawless. It is honestly one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The house is stunning, super clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furniture and fresh refitted bathroom,I loved the colour of the tiles, my fav colour. My room was spacious and came with a fantastic selection of tea, herbal teas and fresh coffee, also chocolate and a biscuit for a relaxing evening ,which was a lovely touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable; the area is quiet and the house silent and relaxing that I slept like a baby. The food was another highlight. The breakfast was abundant, home-cooked, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had, with plenty of choices to suit everyone. Location-wise, it’s perfect—very close to the train station, local shops, and the beach, yet it remains a peaceful retreat. Finally, the hospitality was top-notch. Christine makes you feel right at home immediately, and her son was incredibly helpful with the luggage. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back!

Premises clean. Rooms tastefully decorated with modern fixtures and fittings. For someone who doesn’t use his phone or iPad away from home too much, and doesn’t have a large data roaming package in his plan, the Wi-Fi on the premises is probably the best I’ve encountered in all my trips round the islands of the UK. Staff/owners engaging and friendly. Breakfasts are superb. I can’t rate this place highly enough, and for the price it's an absolute bargain. If you’re travelling on foot or backpacking no.29 is two minutes walk from the train station to/from Ryde and bus station which also takes you to Ryde and Newport. The no2 bus takes 35 mins to get to Newport and from there you can access the rest of the island and all the tourist attractions.
