We found the room very small as was the bathroom. It was very clean and the owners were very friendly. Loved the fact we could take a bus to most of the venues that were offered, just wished we had more room.

The staff, reception and breakfast combined. The house was very quiet and close to the beach, breakfast was very good (I recommend the scrambled eggs) and we had a room with view. Upon arrival, we've been served with a cream tea on the house. 😁

We appreciated the friendly service, the complimentary cream tea, the wide range of tv channels and the outdoor swimming pool which was not too cold. The location was good as it was walking distance from the train and and bus stations in Shanklin as well as a good pub that serves food and Shanklin Chine.
