“10/10 stay at the St.Regis in Shanghai”

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and very sweet, especially Jolin, who was our designated butler. She was attentive and was ready to help us whenever we needed anything. The hotel room was big, comfortable and full of amenities, and the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, which catered to all different tastes and dietary requirements, offering a wide variety of options (the pancakes were one of the best I've ever had).

The view is astonishing, you get all the beautiful skyline from your room. The room itself is good in size but requires some update at this point. The location of the hotel is great, lot of sights within walking distance, lot of shops and cafes and restaurants

Our stay at The St. Regis Shanghai was absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Butler Yan, who provided outstanding service — attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel truly at home. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We would love to return!
