Prefect location in the heart of Shanghai, right next to Kerry JingAn Centre. Picked this luxury hotel promoting wellness in the urban centre to celebrate my sister’s birthday during the trip. The samba class was fun while the fitness and spa facilities kept us refresh. Not to mention the staffs are professional, friendly and helpful. They did notice the occasion and gave a little gesture to warm our heart.

Almost everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the hotel, I think my trip to Shanghai will remain a better memory. Especially, I would like to tell you that the concierge male employee (in white uniform) who delivered the medicine on the last day was so kind and sweet.

I stayed at The PuLi in Shanghai and truly enjoyed my experience. The central location is unbeatable, and the styling and décor throughout the hotel are both elegant and calming. The rooms were beautifully maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were generally excellent—warm, professional, and attentive. A special mention to Camille, the Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Her hospitality was a highlight of our stay. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, and the spa manager stood out for her flexibility and helpfulness. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to trying out other properties in the same group in different cities.

The property is a great place to stay but this trip was really made by the staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs as we weee travelling with our 6 month old baby. Could not be better.
