Everything is good apart from some of the staff members. It is a huge place, so I didn’t feel like i was valued as a guest, it felt a bit like they didn’t need or appreciate my business because it is the peninsula and they will always have plenty of people to stay regardless of their service level. Location is great, room is comfy

Just everything! The old class feeling and service. Certain items like the pers al fax machine and also the private butler messaging closet may feel a bit outdated, but they are part of its timeless charm. A special thanks to Leo the head concierge.
