Location (on the bund) !!! Rooms are 7 star , and so is the service !!! I arrived early at 08;00, and requested an early checkin, as it is normally 2pm. Katrina was excellent , did everything to accommodate me and got me in by 10:30. She further accompanied me to my room 524 and introduced and familiarised me with all the amenities , and settled me in, what a great personal touch. On my exit , I ordered a taxi to pudong international airport and to my surprise was met at the airport by a peninsula rep who walked me through check-in , and entry to immigration. I was in good hands the day I arrived until the day I left ! This is not a 5star operation , I would say 7 Stars !!!

Location perfect, views fantastic, staff service and quality excellent. Always extremely helpful and so accommodating. Level of service and friendliness is just perfect.

All the hotel is a pleasure for the sight. Staff is great and the quality on the service is as expected. The restaurant on the 13th floor has great food and a stunning sight. Room was comfortable and fulled of details to make your stay as pleasant as possible
