**Exceptional Stay at The Langham Shanghai – Truly Best-in-Class Service** Our stay at The Langham Shanghai was absolutely amazing—truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. A special thank you to the concierge team, especially Johnny and Francis, who went above and beyond for us. They didn’t just help with restaurant reservations—they assisted us all the way down to pre-ordering menus and securing the best arrangements. Despite our many requests, they handled everything with so much patience, care, and professionalism. The level of service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. The staff were always attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We had multiple packages delivered during our stay, and everything was handled smoothly and safely all the way to our room. Even when we left an item behind at a restaurant, the team helped coordinate and ensured it was picked up and returned to the hotel—completely hassle-free. From the greeters at the entrance, the staff assisting with luggage, to those helping us arrange transportation—everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive. The room itself was also excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and truly top-notch. It’s rare to find a concierge and service team as dedicated and helpful as this. The Langham Shanghai truly sets the standard for hospitality. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Shanghai. Thank you, Langham, for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable!
