I recently stayed at Sofitel and had an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, Audrey greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. She was incredibly attentive, promptly assisting with check-in and offering detailed recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. My room was a haven of comfort and style. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for—from a plush bed that ensured a restful sleep to a modern bathroom with luxurious toiletries. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. The hotel’s facilities exceeded my expectations. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the rooftop pool provided a serene spot to unwind while enjoying panoramic city views. I also indulged in a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant, where the variety of dishes catered to every palate. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. Audrey went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, whether it was arranging transportation or helping me with a last-minute request. Her professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression. I couldn’t recommend Sofitel more highly. It’s the ideal choice for anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. My stay at Sofitel was absolutely perfect! Great Location:The hotel's location is excellent – very convenient for transportation, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Outstanding Service:The front desk staff, especially Rachel and Audrey were incredibly warm, welcoming, and efficient during check-in. They kindly provided a complimentary room upgrade! All staff members were genuinely friendly and responded to requests promptly, making us feel truly valued. Comfortable Room:The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and featured a modern, cozy decor. The bedding deserves special mention – it was luxuriously soft and comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep!The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries were good quality. Thoughtful details included multiple charging ports, a convenient mini-fridge (stocked with complimentary drinks), and fast, reliable WiFi. Delicious Breakfast:The breakfast was a highlight! It offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options using fresh ingredients. I particularly loved the freshly made noodles/pastries – they were delicious! Excellent Facilities:The hotel's gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and provided great spaces for relaxation.

During this stay, the hotel front desk left an excellent impression on me. When checking in, Halona was full of enthusiasm, greeted everyone with a smile throughout the process, patiently answered all kinds of questions, and handled the procedures efficiently and meticulously. The check-out process was equally smooth, and Audrey also kindly inquired about the accommodation experience. Whenever you go for consultation, you will receive professional and considerate responses. It demonstrated an extremely high level of professional ethics and service spirit, making me feel warm and at ease as a newcomer. It set a good start for the entire hotel stay experience and brought a perfect conclusion to my departure. I sincerely give it a thumbs up!
