Fantastic location, we were able to walk around the area and get dinner, even got a manicure! Convenance stores, large supermarket, massage places all walking distance. Will be definitely the place to stay for us during our next long layover in Shanghai. Must check the time of the shuttle bus, as we didn't know what time was pick up, and didn't want to wait too long at the airport for pick up, so we ended up taking a metered taxi to hotel. It was reasonable at 45 yens. It's also smart to have cash with you, as most stores and taxis will want cash. Also have downloaded translate app, makes like easier, as they don't speak English.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good English which can always help. The staff checked my flight departure time and arranged for checkout just 10 mins before the bus which I greatly appreciated. They have a 24hr shuttle bus although it only goes every hour so if you miss it you have a wait. The bus is very much on time arriving to the airport and leaving the hotel.

Very convenient for overnight stay and access to Pudong airport. Great shuttle bus service. Clean comfortable room. Very nice breakfast with lots of food choices. Highly recommend
