- great location. Very close to the Bund and other attractions - metro stop is 10 min walk - close to lots of shops/ restaurants - Asian breakfast - checkout was 2pm

Wanted to start by saying that the staff at this hotel were the most amazing bunch of people. We took a DiDi to the wrong Atour Hotel and the reception staff literally walked us two blocks whilst carrying our luggage for us to the other hotel. They also helped book my train tickets and were incredibly patient, especially with my broken Mandarin. I could go on about the level of service in this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to most popular restaurants, close to the river and the famous walking street.
