Typical apartment hotel, partly for rent, partly for permanent residence. Active reception, good accommodation management. Reception helpful and friendly, they spoke fluent English. Nice breakfast, every day with small differences.

Perfect location. Great neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Very caring and helpful. Housekeeping was always very responsive and helpful. Rooms are great and a lot of kitchen stuff were present. Useful. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Nice room with kitchenette and wahing mashine, comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Nice breakfast. Excellent value for money. Not far from the Bund, convenient bikeshare parking in front of the hotel.
