The room is not very big but it is clean. The beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows and sheets. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the main pedestrian street, in the heart of the city. However, we had no problems with noise. We stayed for many days and visited many attractions, but those who stay only one or two days would would find all on this street! Shanghai is not a city for walking, the distances between attractions are long. This is compensated by the low prices on Didi (the equivalent of Uber in China). The breakfast is tasty and varied. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower, both very modern and elegant. Impeccable cleanliness, towels and sheets changed daily. Free flat water, daily. The hotel has five elevators that successfully cope with requests.

- Location is in the middle of the pedestrian road, very convenient location. - Breakfast was good - 2 minutes to the Metro station - Comfortable bed and pillows

Pretty rooms with very nice bathroom, clean, and all the basics you need. 24h check-in possibility was really nice when you have a latenight flight. Easy to reach by public transport.

The location was very centralised. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable - beds were firm which I preferred. We were there only for one night so I can’t comment much about the facilities
