The room was dated, very old fashioned, no usb ports for charging. Small old tv, no English channels. good location, pool/ spa was nice but staff were absent and when present not particularly helpful.

My stay at Radisson Blu New World in Shanghai was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — from the restaurant team and housekeeping to the pool security and receptionists. I would especially like to highlight Hailie and Yuki, who were exceptionally helpful during check-in and check-out and very accommodating with all my requests throughout the stay. The concierge team was also amazing — always available and eager to assist at any time of the day. Everyone I met provided outstanding service with a warm smile. The hotel itself was excellent. The interior is slightly dated, but everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive, offering a wide and delicious selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. The gym, pool, and spa were modern, well-maintained, and added great value to my stay. The hotel bar also deserves a special mention — the bartenders were skilled and attentive, even creating custom drinks on request that weren’t on the menu, and the bar offered a fantastic view of the city. The location couldn’t have been better — perfectly central, right at the top of Nanjing Road and next to People’s Park. I warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful and great staff, especially Riley who did the Checkin process for us! Thank you very much! :) We got an upgrade to a Junior Suite with Bund view as my wife is a Radisson VIP member. Our room was clean and had a nice view, breakfast was good and the lounge cozy. It was our second time in the hotel and next time we will come back again.
