Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Please be noted that an incidental deposit is required upon check-in. Guests are kindly required to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking (both names must be the same) when checking in and making payment at the hotel. According to Shanghai’s anti-smoking regulations, smoking is not allowed in the property's indoor areas. As a part of the Accor sustainability commitment to preserving the environment as well as governmental regulations, our hotel will no longer provide single-use plastic amenities in our guest rooms. Please join us in our sustainability efforts with simple actions such as traveling with your personal reusable daily necessities. We are able to offer you selected personal items upon request by calling our Guest Service Center. Taste Garden on B1F will be under renovation. From May 8, 2026 to June 20, 2026, the buffet dining location will be temporarily moved to the 3F Buffet Restaurant. Normal buffet service at Taste Garden on B1F is expected to resume from June 20, 2026. The garden area will be temporarily closed, while indoor dining will remain open as usual.

Perfectly located in Shanghai with very clean facilities. The pool is remarkable and so are the different restaurants. If you can please get yourself a room as high as possible 😉
