It's very clean and the staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable. Very convenient location. The bed is very comfortable. Every morning they bring you to the room coffee and croissant including in the price.

It was nice. Not very big but it was fine. I liked that everything was electronic: the curtains, lights, and all. It was also nice they delivered breakfast in the morning but it wasn't very, very good. It's fine. Pictures are accurate.

- Great location near People's Square. - They included breakfast and delivered it to our room every morning, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the booking — a lovely surprise! - Extremely clean — probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. I think they even changed the bed sheets daily. - High-quality toiletries. - Polite and courteous staff. - The room was very pretty and tastefully decorated.
