The hotel Is exactly as it appears in the photos. The staff were so kind and friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms spacious there are no facilities like gym etc, but this is clear from the beginning and reflected in the price. Having a washing machine was a big help for us.

The location was close to all the major attractions we wanted to see, yet very quiet to rest at night. All the staff were friendly and the room was spacious, as well as extremely clean. The decor of the room and hotel exuded a sense of luxury. We would not hesitate to stay at Opartment again if we come back to Shanghai!

Very attentive and friendly service. Location is convenient, close to malls, museums and Nanjing pedestrian shopping road. Room very clean and comfortable, amenities include washing machine inside room.

One of the most beautiful and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Its location is beautiful, its furniture is beautiful, and the staff were extremely kind and treated my children in an excellent way. There were two employees who gave us gifts on the occasion of my children’s birthdays, and every morning they welcomed us beautifully. I will visit again.
