Andy welcomed us warmly and advised us about Shanghai. We loved the breakfast view.. astonishing on the Pearl of Orient tower. The bedroom was very confortable with king size bed.

The room was super, with a marvellous view on the Shanghai Tower etc. The rooftop restaurant is an attraction in its own. And the ability to use the pool is very nice at the end of an intensive tourist day.

The view was absolutely exceptional from the 43rd floor (room 4317) — you could see all of downtown! The hotel has a grocery store on the 1st floor and a few restaurants on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is super convenient. The building is a bit outdated, and it wasn’t the cleanest (a lot of carpet everywhere), but the staff was truly extraordinary — very kind and helpful. Overall, a good stay mainly for the amazing view and great service.

Really appreciate Yuki for her supports on upgrading our room to the suite. The room is so spacious and the view of Huangpu River and Lujiazui is marvellous. We really enjoyed staying there. We will come back in future.
