Location was great, extremely close to nearest metro station exits. Staff was accommodating and can speak decent English. Room was clean.

Clean, very comfortable, easy. Incredible location and a great base from which to see Shanghai. Staff were helpful and perfect, but mostly unseen. The bed was quite firm, which turned out to be really comfortable - slept very well. Rooms were made up in no time every day. Late check out (12pm) made things really easy on our last day.

Hotel Location is very good. Lot os shopping and dinings around hotel. Subway station is very closed to hotel. Room is very clean and staff also very nice.

Very lovely hotel - the staff actually gave us a free update. Staff has been very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Location is great and many places can be accessed by foot + there is a metro station right by the hotel. There’s also a very nice coffee shop as part of the hotel - BOY cafe - that offers nice coffee and European style baked goods.
