Breakfast was ok Location bit far from Pudong Airport but easier when going to Hongqiao Airport Excellent size room and A/C Nice to have a fridge Bottled water and towels topped up everyday Comfy bed Helpful friendly staff

Exceeded my expectations, been in hotels that charged triple for exactly what I got here. Plus, it feels more cozy (the elevator lounge) and they wrote to me beforehand explaining and apologising for it being an economy hotel. Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, plenty of towels, fantastic hairdryer, all amenities in check, plus the "simple breakfast" was actually terrific, had more than mentioned. Location is good, mall and metro close by, a beautiful park and stores right there. The receptionists were very kind although I didn't speak Chinese, they knew enough English to make me understand. And the other guests were very civilised and quitet, I was worried the noise might be loud cause of the small space but no.
