Hotel Overview

Ideally housed in an iconic building in Lujiazui financial district, IFC Residence is around a 3-minute walk from Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Centre, Shanghai Tower and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. It offers an indoor pool and lavish apartments with double-glazed windows overlooking either the park or the famous Bund. Free wired internet access and Wi-Fi are provided.
IFC Residence is located right above Lujiazui Metro Station (Line 2), around a 10-minute drive from the Bund. Shanghai Ocean Aquarium is around a 10-minute walk away and New International Expo Centre is around a 20-minute drive away. It takes around 40 minutes by car from the hotel to Pudong International Airport. Shanghai Disneyland can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.
All well-decorated apartments are fitted with pleasant neutral shades and ample natural sunlight. Each has a kitchen with a stove, a microwave and a dish washer. An iPod dock, a blu-ray player, a washing machine and ironing facilities are included as well.
The property has implemented ultraviolet light disinfection of main air ventilation and water supply. Air filter is also set up. The rooms are a really good size and well maintained. The location is also right in the middle of the financial district; well connected to get to the rest of Shanghai and a plenty in the location vacinity

Everything!!! Amazing building in the centre of Shanghai!! Metro access in the same building as the hotel . Incredible city views from our room . Staff were super kind, polite , lovely and helpful
