1. Stylish and modern design — the rooms are spacious, and having a 58m² room with a large bathtub is quite special for Shanghai. 2. Comfortable bed, shower, and bathroom. 3. Great breakfast selection — everything was delicious, and the live cooking stations were a nice touch. 4. Very friendly staff at the breakfast restaurant, and a special mention to the night shift receptionist on April 20–21. 5. Excellent location, with convenience stores just downstairs and many restaurants and cafés nearby.

The hotel staff is very supportive when you need any help. The amenities are extremely clean and room service do a good job of cleaning up your room.

Rooms are huge very unlike typical Indigo properties. Feels like a suite with spacious bathrooms and a sizable sofa about 1.5 body length. The study table is a good size and ideal for getting some work done. Equipped with coffee machine and tea making facilities. Front office manager Xavier goes way beyond his duty to ensure you know your way around the property. He also helped me obtain cash from the convenience store when I had problems using the Didi app to get my airport taxi. Amiable and helpful at all times he is indeed an asset to the hotel. Great job Xavier! 黎敏真棒👍
