We love the friendly and patient staff that serve with their warm hearts, making it a very family oriented hotel. We felt that Conrad Shanghai is up a notch from others, all thanks to the great services provided by their staff. Kudos to the hotel team, keep up the good work 👍🏻 Special mentioned to hotel service staff Rick who help us with the check in. Upon knowing that it was my daughter birthday, Rick did a sweet gesture of gifting us a box of local snacks to enjoy. 🍪 Lastly during our checkout, friendly staff Loveina, Carat and Evelyn gifted our kids cute Conrad little bears which brighten their day. It was a perfect end to our holiday in Shanghai. 🐻 Thank you to Conrad and their wonderful staff for providing our family with such a memorable experience in Shanghai. 🫶 We will certainly recommend the hotel to our friends and family. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location was good as it was right on the tourist district of Nanjing road. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has some nice views of the city. The staffs were a mixture but generally friendly. In particular, Rosemary was a delight. She roamed the reception and guest room elevator lobby and was excellent with customer service. The staff at the luggage storage was great and very accommodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good atmosphere and good selection of food.
