I loved the view from my window on the 15th floor and the hotel was very well placed to get around with a convenience store almost opposite as well as lovely boutique shops, coffee bars, parks and restaurants all nearby. One of the most important things, however, was their customer service which was brilliant. Rain Shi the manageress on duty on two occasions sorted out my problems so well, buying me medicinal plasters for my bad back and sciatica brought on by the long flight, and the next day solved my online check-in difficulties for my next internal flight. I don’t know how I would have managed without her help. I particularly enjoyed the very comfortable pillows, especially helpful propping me up in bed!

Ok the location is great for doing sight seeing in this are there are plenty of eateries around but it was a bit of a hike to the metro . It was fine but it did get a bit annoying to do the walk everyday to and from . We were a family of 4 and stayed in seperate rooms the rooms are clean comfortable and well maintained. No issues with the rooms or the hotel.
