The service was pleasant and the our rooms was clean. The front desk staff was always willing to assist. Also, the breakfast was very nice and restaurants food was good.

The location was quite good, and the service was truly exceptional. My friend had forgotten her bag at Guilin airport, and even though no one at Shanghai airport could help, the woman at reception took care of everything. She called the airport for us, organized a cheap delivery service, and spent over two hours helping us solve the situation. Thanks to her, my friend got her bag (and camera!) back safely. We are so thankful for her kindness. Amazing hospitality!
