I stayed at Andaz Hotel for approximately 7 days, during which I renewed my booking 3 times. Overall, the experience was excellent and truly worth highlighting. The hotel's location is outstanding—close to key landmarks and offering a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, which added a warm and welcoming touch throughout my stay. The hotel also offers several outstanding services that made my stay even more comfortable and luxurious.

Convenient location. There was also complimentary happy hour during our stay. The Sales AD, Garvey, approached us during the happy hour and offered us desserts that guests who booked through booking.com will receive. It was simply surprising and the desserts were delicious. The checkout was also a breeze and Erin was such an angel for helping us with our luggage storage and arranged for concierge assistance with loading when our transport came.
