Wow what an amazing stay! We go to a lot of hotels but this was above and beyond! We booked the hotel for 11 nights We arrived after a 12 hour flight and were welcomed amazingly! The guy at the reception was very polite and helpful The room was amazing, big and spacious. 2 bathtubs and 2 sinks. Everything we asked for was answered positively and with a smile. The staff was very helpful especially the receptionists who did everything to make us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Iris Li and Lawrence Zhou who helped us with everything. We recommend everyone to stay at this hotel when you come to Shanghai and we will recommend it to all our friends.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The spacious and clean room, along with the comfortable bed, made for a very pleasant stay. The housekeeping team deserves recognition for their attention to details. The concierge service was outstanding. Mars and Zero Zhang were incredibly helpful, even offering their personal numbers to assist with booking attractions that require a local number. The breakfast at Blu restaurant was a real treat, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. Tom Zhang and Yana Lin provided excellent service and the chefs, Jim Cai, Jason Wang, Sam Li were very welcoming. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Neat hotel with great variety of breakfast (western and asian options). We had a nice and quiet room. The bed was very comfortable.

Zero, Andy, Liu Xiaolong and Bai Mingxia were very helpful for our stay, the hotel was in a very convenient location, they helped us with our luggage, cleaning and many other aspects of our stay. Will definitely recommend this place!
