This hotel can be rated up to 6 stars in my heart. During my meal, I met a chubby chef who would recommend delicious dishes to you While drinking coffee downstairs, the chef also gave me a very exquisite cake, which was particularly heartwarming The Disney tour recommended by the concierge department is also great.

Front desk staff Sinne was swamp with a lot of guests trying to check in n phone keeps ringing. She handled it very well n patient. Glad to hear from her that we have been given access to executive lounge as we booked through Booking.com. Met Manager Evan Guan at the lounge. He mentioned that he studied in Singapore. Very friendly.

The hotel is very nice and worth recommending Jerry helped us a lot when we checked in because we couldn't order takeout or a taxi The executive lounge has a great view Considering that our flight is scheduled for 8:30 pm, Jeremy asked us to stay until 4:30 pm before checking out. Thank you very much, the car is also very comfortable, like it.

The staff are super friendly and you will really feel that this is the service from a 5 star hotel.. They also free upgraded my booking to include the Executive Lounge access which there are complimentary dinner and alcoholic drinks at lvl10 throughout my stay. The hotel room is also spacious and clean. Great range of food selection for breakfast.

A very nice hotel, good service, security guard at the gate was very helpful..... The breakfast was good with a wide selection and the staff were very polite. Location is also very good.

The hotel has a great location, with a wide variety of breakfast options. My brother was very nice to greet me at the entrance and helped me with my luggage during check-in and check-out. Because my wife and children wanted to go to Disney, Jerry and Mars helped me very seriously and solved many problems. The restaurant manager talked to me a lot, and the Christmas Eve buffet dinner was great. Due to flight issues, I need to wake up at 3am to tidy up. I asked even if he could have some breakfast, and he helped me order the dishes. Thank you very much. I will continue to stay in Shanghai next month.

Security staff at the entrance of the hotel was very kindly and polite and offered to help me with my luggage.The waitress at the lobby bar was also hospitable and asked if I would like something to drink……

Personal touch by all the staffs in Amara. Sinnie frontdesk, the 2 ladies at the executive lounge was awesome and welcoming! their photos as per review! Had a short trip in shanghai wish i could extend longer to enjoy the executive lounge! not forgetting the nice lady that came every night to turn down the room! my kids were impressed. even the concierge John! so so helpful! And they prepare a cake for my son 13th Birthday!
