Julia and Mike were very welcoming and kind hosts. The big mahogany sleigh bed in our room was so comfortable! Baked eggs for breakfast- highly recommended!! Very unique b&b. It's obvious how it's lovingly being brought back to life.

The owners were really lovely. very friendly. we had super breakfasts. there is building going on in the grounds but the owners make sure your stsy isnt affected and we were interested to see the building works and share the excitement. our main reason for our stay was to visit Ballymaloe house and gardens and this accommodation is very near there.

The character and ambience of Kilmanhon are exceptional. The furnishings are very well chosen and complement each room. The owners are very attentive to their guests and they are very passionate about organic food.
