The hotel was excellent. Right from the check-in to the hotel room. The breakfast was amazing and facilities around the hotel, for which we actually came to Shahdag was also easily accessible. The hotel provided free shuttle every hour to Shahdag Hotel & Spa for swimming pool, sauna etc. Lots of restaurant and food choices available. Overall experience was good.

The location in the mountains, cleanliness. We could use the swimming pool and sauna of the neighbouring Shahdag Hotel and Spa for free with our booking.
