The female receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was generally in good condition, and having a nearby hot/cold water dispenser was convenient.

I had a really pleasant stay at Swing & Pillows - Kota Kemuning, Selangor. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was cozy, with a super comfortable bed and all the basic amenities I needed — including fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day. Although the area isn’t packed with shops or restaurants within walking distance, it’s just a short drive out to find plenty of food and conveniences nearby. So having a car or using a ride service is quite helpful. Overall, it’s a great value stay and I’d definitely come back again. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip if you don’t mind a short drive for food or essentials.
