The price and the apartment met my expectations. They are easy to deal with, very comfortable, and clean. The apartment also provides coway and other utilities.

The house is clean. Every room got AC. Got kitchen to cook, equipped with coway water filter. Easy to check in and check out. The building lift also fast, just the unit a bit far for the lift but just in front of the stairs (if you planned to have a bit of exercises 😁)
