The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I was very pleased with my stay. The location suited my needs perfectly and the area was quiet. The rooms were equipped with working fans and air conditioning, and the kitchen was well designed, with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and other essentials. There were chilled bottles of water waiting in the fridge, which was much appreciated in the heat. The bathroom was clean and had everything one would reasonably expect. The outdoor space was also peaceful and pleasant. The entire property was spotless and looked exactly as shown in the photographs. The host was extremely helpful throughout.

It was great! The host was very communicative the entire time, answering all of my questions. Since we came for a family event, we were given a remote control for the gate along with the key so that we could get in when it was locked late at night. The kitchen is very well equipped and there was a bottle of water left in the refrigerator for our use. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the place is extremely clean. In the currently hot weather, the air conditioner in the main room worked excellently. The smaller room doesn't have an air conditioner unit but it does have a very effective ceiling fan and was a comfortable temperature. The smaller room is also a secure room (ממ"ד) which gives an additional feeling of security if needed. בקיצור, נהנינו מאוד, מומלץ!

The host was very responsive and friendly. The unit was clean and came with plenty of coffee, tea and cookies. The location was quiet, but also only 5min drive from a shopping centre.
