The studio is very good and offers a comfortable stay. It is clean, well maintained, and nicely arranged. The sofa is comfortable, the heating system works very well, and the space is quiet and pleasant, which makes it ideal for both short and longer stays. Overall, I felt comfortable and at ease during my time there.

Compact one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a new block, with elevator. Snowy white sheets and towels, modern appliances including a clothes washing machine. Convenient for August 5th Street where major hotels and banks are situated.
