The hotel is located just outside the city in an industrial park and offers good free parking. The quiet room was attractively furnished and even had air conditioning and a kettle for making coffee and tea. The breakfast was simple but very good. The price for the hotel room was excellent.

Convenient location to access the centre of Annecy by bus. Secure free parking. Modern clean suburb with a pleasant bar near by to socialise in the evening. Staff exceptional, great value for a city hotel.
