Great location, massive tv, microwave and usual jug and toaster. Comfortable bed and reverse cycle air conditioner worked really well.

The motel is in a quiet street in Seymour. They are one of the few motels left that serve a hot breakfast (going right up to sausages, bacon and eggs on toast). A very convenient place to stay in transit between Sydney and Melbourne. There is a pub a few minutes walk into town that offers good pub food.

Basic, but friendly staff and clean. Walked in on a cold night to a warmed-up room, unexpected but nice.
