Ideal location just a short walk from the lake side, and only 400m from the Annecy cycle path. Rita and Andriy were able to accommodate our early check in request, and were very welcoming on our arrival. Our accommodation was very clean, with good facilities for self catering. A secure garage was available for storing our bicycles, and we were also offered free use of kayaks to go out on the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment only 150m from the lake and a short drive or cycle to the beautiful town of Annecy. Accommodation comes with free use of leisure equipment that can be used on the lake.

The location is quiet and so perfect! It’s a fabulous property for anyone wanting to cycle the lake and stay out of the hustle and bustle Corrine who is the resident property keeper, is amazing and nothing is too much trouble - will definitely return
