Mr.Barchi Philippe is a wonderful host. Right from the word go till I left, he ensured that I am comfortable from all the aspects. Accompanied me to the supermarket and helped buy food stuff and local train tickets guiding the path. Informing me about the surroundings and facilities available and alerting me to proceed to Gare du Nord urgently to be in time, in view of train line disruptions announced that morning. His wife and daughter too supporting Mr.Philippe, a great family. Recommend particularily guests travelling to Paris and need to stay around CDG & Parc Villepinte Expo centre.

Hospitality of Philippe is great, we had a nice conversation with a glass of wine. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfy. A real breakfast is not included but was for us not a problem. You get some drinks, thee and petit baguette. Enough for us.

Philippe was really welcoming, walking us the station, to shox the connection into Paris City Centre.The Sevran station is a short walk away.

The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. Philippe was really helpful and had some nice conversations with him! It’s a short walk to the station, around an 1hr to Paris centre but for the Olympics was only 4short stops away.
