A really lovely spacious suite, great size and facilities with a wonderful bathroom (large walk-in shower). A great location near to bars and restaurants at the Hercules Plaza. Check-in was smooth and staff were very helpful and attentive - thank you for a great stay!

The location is good, just a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The living room was spacious enough for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm and had strong water flow. It was easy to have contact with the host via Whatsapp. Very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Very quiet snd peaceful ( but maybe because we were the only guests in the building?). Spacious . Good linen. Very clean. Good hot water and shower. We appreciated the extra pillows and duvet in drawers

Absolutely everything was wonderful in the Penthouse suite. Spotlessly clean, fabulous terrace. Like home away from home. In a residential area, extremely quiet at night. 8mins walk to the city centre. All amenities 1 min walk away, extremely convenient, shops for essentials, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Staff only a WhatsApp message away. I could not connect to the WiFi as the internet was not connected. I was able to use a Ritual Suites de Torrejon nearby connection for free WiFi, one of the days the weather was horrendous so had to watch Netflix on my phone but that would not stop me returning and we would 100% highly recommend staying at Ritual Suites.
