Very good hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and restaurant very good. Rooms very clean and quiet. Parking under the hotel was very easy.

The location and the facilities at the hotel .The staff were attentive and the swimming pool and terrace was fabulous

I liked everything. The receptionist, Natividad, was extremely helpful throughout our stay (so were the others, but with Natividad I interracted the most). The room was spatious, clean, had all the amenities. At first I was surprised there were no slippers, but then I saw the informative note inviting you to ask at the reception for everything you may need. It's one of their measure to fight waste and pollution. The breakfast was good and I liked that there were several coffee machines around the restaurant, to prevent queues. The hotel is located withing walking distance (10-20 min) from the most important tourist attractions. The hotel deserves all of its four stars.
