The bar Terraza Mirador Atalaya will be open from Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00h to 24:00h, while Fridays and Saturdays it will be open from 11:00h to 01:00h am.When booking 3 rooms or more will become non-refundable. A prepayment is going to be requested.Children aged 18 and under are not allowed in the spa.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- The location was good and there were Voi scooters right out the front which makes getting around the city much easier and quicker - The views were amazing and you can see the whole city from your room. - The spa was very nice and get a discounted rate if you are staying at the hotel which is appreciated - We went to the bar in the roof and loved it so much that we booked to stay so definitely recommend the rooftop bar - We ordered room service and food was delicious - The bed was super comfy - Our room was upgraded which was amazing to get a bigger room - We got parking included in the price of the hotel which was at a discounted rate then if we just paid for parking which was really good - Shower was nice and had good pressure - The robes were really nice and cosy - The staff in the bar were really nice - The safe was secure - Value for money was really good as the price was good for a 5 star hotel with those views

Everything was excellent, the place, the view, the cleanliness and especially the receptionist. Every day at noon we found some delicious sweets in our room that we didn't order. It's a classy touch from the hotel management. An experience to be repeated and strongly
