Apartment Overview

These stylish apartments are located in the historic Arenal district, directly behind the Maestranza Bullring. They offer cosy, air-conditioned accommodation, just 50 metres from Seville Cathedral and Giralda.
The Terrazas de la Catedral apartments have chic decor and have access to a roof terrace with superb views of the cathedral. All apartments have large windows, a lounge with double sofa bed and plasma TV and 1 double bedroom.
All apartments feature modern kitchenettes with microwave, hob, fridge and toaster. There are several bars, restaurants and shops nearby, with Calle Sierpes shopping street and the Santa Cruz district 5 minutes’ walk away.
The Terrazas apartments are 500 metres from the Torre del Oro set next to the River Guadalquivir. You can reach both Maria Luisa Park and the lively Triana district by foot in 10 minutes.

Great location, easy to access with good communication at a reasonable price. Clean and well equipped with everything for our stay, the electrolyte water in the fridge was very much appreciated.

Great apartment, in the city center, close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Not far from the sights. The owners are always available and helpful. I can only recommend staying there.

Amazing apartment with a lovely terrace! Loved all about it! The location - just few minutes from the cathedral, the terrace, the apartment, the elevator (we lived in the 3’d floor), the interior - we had everything we need for a short stay. Super happy!
