CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.
SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
*Important: It is not allowed to exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity with a baby. Babies makes part of the total capacity. On the same line, it would be possible to add a baby cot as long as the capacity of the room is a maximum of 3 people, resulting in a maximum of 4 persons in total when including the baby.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

Well located in Seville. Everything touristic is walkable from the property. You can also drive there and park to their parking garage.. which is handy. The apartment was spacious for 2 but could accommodate more as there was a sofa bed. It has kitchen and large fridge. Air Conditioning was welcomed.. Option to get the use of washing machine at a cost but it was useful for me after 4 days of travel.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern, well-equipped apartment. It had everything we needed, and its location close to the city center was perfect. We also appreciated the free street parking available right in front of the accommodation.
