What a truly fantastic boutique-style hotel – historically a small palace! Its location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the Giralda and the Alcázar, with endless tapas bars, restaurants, boutique shops, and ice cream parlours lining the charming, winding streets of Seville. Our bedroom was compact but had everything we needed for a delightful week’s stay. The bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the sheets are out of this world, honestly the best we have ever slept in 💖 The mini fridge, re-stocked daily with complimentary fresh water, was a welcome bonus. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job -returning to a beautifully remade bed each evening was such a treat👌 The aircon worked perfectly and was easy to adjust. Although we didn’t try breakfast, complimentary hot drinks and snacks were available 24/7. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully maintained - no unsightly mildew anywhere! The rainfall/handheld shower was excellent, and the individually wrapped toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, soaps, gels, shampoo, hairdryer, and fluffy towels changed daily as needed) were of impressive quality and very fitting for a 4★ hotel. The communal spaces are equally immaculate and tastefully decorated. The main atrium, with its glass roof and trailing greenery, is stunning and tranquil, while the small rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to soak up the morning sun or admire the Giralda by day and night. Every member of staff we met was professional and friendly. Laura, in particular, gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and was a fountain of knowledge about the city, extremely helpful as this was our first visit to this wonderful city. The pride all the staff take in their hotel and in looking after their guests is clear. Check-in was seamless, and the taxi arranged for our departure was handled perfectly. We honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly—don’t hesitate to book if you’re visiting beautiful Sevilla.
