The type of bed is always subject to availability.This building has 5 floors which are accesible by stairs and by using an elevator.There is a washing machine and dryer for communal and free use on the fourth floor.Special requests such as having one double bed or two single beds, or room location, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed since it is always subject to availability.Cots are offered subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property in advance. Irons are also subject to availability.The establishment has windows and walls prepared for noise, but due to the privileged and central location in the heart of Seville, noise may be heard at some point.There is no reception in person, all communication will be done mainly by Booking, Whatsapp, Mail or phone calls. Location in the Santa Cruz area was great. Apartment was lovely and the bedroom was quiet from any street noise. Staff were prompt to respond.

Location was excellent. Near lots of cafeterias and restaurants. Lovely walk into city centre. Seville is beautiful.

The apartment was amazing. Spotlessly clean, well furnished and renovated. There was a laundry on the rooftop with a new washer and dryer, as well as a sitting area. There was a view of the cathedral from our living room. Everything was in walking distance

A lovely apartment in a great location with amazing views from the terrace. Lots of local places to eat, just a few steps away. An authentic neighbourhood. We will return in the future. A great place for a few nights exploring Seville. Very clean and comfortable.
