The type of bed is always subject to availability.This building has 5 floors which are accesible by stairs and by using an elevator.There is a washing machine and dryer for communal and free use on the fourth floor.Special requests such as having one double bed or two single beds, or room location, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed since it is always subject to availability.Cots are offered subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property in advance. Irons are also subject to availability.The establishment has windows and walls prepared for noise, but due to the privileged and central location in the heart of Seville, noise may be heard at some point.There is no reception in person, all communication will be done mainly by Booking, Whatsapp, Mail or phone calls. Perfect spot to visit Seville. The place was spacious, very clean, and so comfortable, with an excellent location. We purchased sangria and churros from the supermarket and restaurant across the street and took it to the rooftop where there was a nice view of the cathedral lit up on the side at night. On another night we watched the sunset with takeout food at the rooftop. There are also laundry facilities available. Staff always replied fast via WhatsApp when I needed laundry soap and an iron. So many options for food in the area.

Property was in great location for exploring Seville. Was very clean and had fantastic quiet air conditioning. Loved the roof terrace which we appreciated after a busy day site seeing, it was nice to relax on before heading out again at night. We were worried it might be too noisy for sleeping as on a very busy road but when shutters on windows and bedroom doors were closed we heard nothing. Apartment was cleaned everyday which was a nice surprise. We were worried about having no reception and having to rely on texts for entry but there was good communication and no problems accessing property.

Very central and within walking distance of all the tourist sites, restaurants, bars and the old town. Clear instructions were provided on how to access and enter the property
