The location of the hotel is good. There is a supermarket near the hotel. The room was very comfortable.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful when we asked to change rooms. We had initially thought we’d booked a different hotel, so we were a little disappointed on arrival, as this one is primarily geared towards conferences and business travellers. The location also felt less ideal for our stay, as we were hoping to be closer to the main sights and local restaurants.

Fabulous staff, attentive and helpful. Decor lovely, very clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. As it is still out of season the outside bar was not open (which was completely understood), I can imagine in the summer that the rooftop area would be a fabulous area. It was lovely to sit in anyway as drinks could be fetched from the bar downstairs. The hotel is situated a little way out of the old town which may not suit some, but there was a great large supermarket just around the corner for snacks etc. and it is about a 20-25 min walk to the old town or an 8 euro taxi ride if you want a a swift ride (about 10 mins). Also few mins walk away from buses all around the city. Overall a fabulous stay, thank you!
