Location , close to attractions and food. Good size apartment for family or group. Communication very good , quick response to questions. Large bathrooms , good showers and fluffy towels. Air conditioning great on hot summer days.

We loved the comfy sitting room with a great view of Tirana and the river. The main bedroom was also gorgeous, the second bedroom spacious. Kitchen was fine, though we didn't cook. The location was superb - 15 minutes walk to the old town, to Tirana, to the Alcazar and not much further to the art museum. We were not prepared for the rather steep stairs or for the fact that no-one was going to check us in, despite what it said on Booking.com. But the office sent lots of directions and extra photos and in the end we had no difficulty with the key box. Communication with the office, through WhatsApp was súper easy.
