Hotel is beautiful, modern, relaxing and clean! Rooftop pool and bar were great as well! Hotel staff were all so friendly, helpful and professional :)

The hotel is in an excellent location and has fantastic views (depending on which side of the hotel you stay). The pool is great and has plenty of space. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice available and the staff all very friendly and helpful. .

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Plaza de Espana and the Real Alcázar. The main sights and the Santa Cruz old town are all within walking distance which was brilliant. The pool and pool bar were great, the view was lovely. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool so we didn’t struggle to find somewhere to sit. The hotel was modern, decorated to a high standard. It was clean and airy with a great lobby and lots of places to relax. With two restaurants to choose from and the bar inside and by the pool there was plenty of choice for food and drinks. The bar inside is open until late which was great for us when we arrived after a late flight. Our room was just a basic room but the amenities were great, we had a full mini bar and the hotel uses rituals products in the bathroom which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of wardrobe space in our room. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants near by if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. We ordered room service from the hotel one night and the food was great. It came quickly and we had lots of options to choose from.

I loved staying here, everyone was so nice and helpful, the room was stunning! I loved the bathroom especially, so spacious :) Also the pool was amazing and the staff there was great and managed everything incredibly. Would definitely book here again every time I'm in Sevilla!
