We arrived late without baggage and had muddle over which Alcazar hotel we were in, the taxi took us to the wrong one! The night manager kindly gave us a toothbrush and helped us chase up the baggage which was delivered to the correct address the following day. Great location right in the middle of the city, friendly staff, lovely terrace for a late night sharpener.
