The hotel was great. Our only problem was that we were stranded at an out of town shopping centre and could not get a taxi due to us not being able to speak Spanish. We phoned the hotel reception, asking the gentlemen to help us order a taxi, but he told us that he could not help and that he could only order taxis to come to the hotel. We were shocked that he was so unhelpful and my wife and I had to walk 6km before being able to get a taxi. For us, this was an emergency situation, and he did nothing to help us. We think that this is disgraceful and it really ruined our stay there.

The hotel was clean and well-appointed. The only thing to complain about was the temperature in the room. We could not switch on the cooling system as it had not been changed from heating mode. This made for uncomfortable nights.
