The welcome was really friendly and the hotel is really well situated in the old part of the city, close to the sights, restaurants and shops. The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the Avenida Carlos V bus stop from the airport. Our room was well-proportioned and even had a little living room. Breakfast was in a small area next to reception and if you wanted you could eat in an adjacent courtyard. The hotel was bright and airy and I thought it was really good value for a major European city centre location, at under £100/115 Euros. Breakfast was 10 Euros extra and was simple but fine. There is an adjacent building where Flamenco shows are staged and really added to the Spanish atmosphere.

Nice and helpful staff, I was able to leave my backpack before check-in as well as after check-out at the reception. City center is very close, nice streets to walk nearby in the downtown. The hotel recommended also some good local restaurants.

Excellent location - in the very historic center of Seville. Easy to find your way around. Room was spot on, no surrounding noise, beds and pillows were comfortable, nice clean shower. Continental breakfast was fine, free tea and coffee facilities at any time of the day. Flamenco performance takes place in the court yard every evening with discounted tickets for the hotel guests. We had an accident on our arrival - my husband had a stroke. Thanks to hotel staff for their prompt reaction. My husband was taking to the hospital almost immediately and this helped him with proper recovery, so we could fly home. Hospitality of the hotel is so great and you feel like you are at home.

Breakfast was good value and plentiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The old town location was excellent. Central but quiet.
