The pool up top was amazing. There was 6 of us and we always managed to get a spot! The staff were incredible. There was a mix up with our booking where we had booked too many rooms and they sorted it out for us smoothly and with a smile on their face! There were city and like bikes right opposite making it easy to get around everywhere. Loved it - would highly recommend!!

Lovely hotel with great rooftop pool and bar,which is needed after a day in seville.Plenty of choice for breakfast, staff were lovely, room was very comfortable. Hotel is around 25 minutes walk to the cathedral and palace,but only 5 minutes walk to the train station.

Very nice and helpful reception staff. Rooms are well decorated and with everything necessary to make it comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool are small but cozy. Hotel is located near santa justa station and still a 10-15min walk to the city center.

Seville is a place where Spanish go to have their holidays, and so as you would expect, it is heavily Spanish speaking. The hotel is a couple of mile away from the main tourist area so it can be difficult to communicate in the bars and restaurants if you do not know the lingo. The staff in Santa Justa spoke perfect English and all were very pleasant. On the first night we arrived, I realised I had made a mistake by not letting the hotel know in advance that I needed a double bed, the staff immediatly moved me to a room with one available. The rooftop pool bar was very nice and the staff even more so. We were that busy visiting locations that we didn't get to experience the spa on the ground floor, but it did look nice. Honestly if I'm ever lucky enough to return to Seville I would definitely stay here again.
